  1. I have definitely noticed that alot of these months were named after Roman concepts; we would have to go even further back in time to figure out what’s really going on here haha. But June is certainly and interesting month considering that it marks the start of the summer, and also ironically is the start of the hurricane season.

I liked when you pointed out the “Julius Cesar” influence of coin-flipping etc, but what I also like was how you made note of the nature-associated holidays which were previously not on my radar 😂. Where I am from, it’s pretty “tropical” so all year round it’s essentially “summer”, but I was glad to see the ideas that you have presented especially for those who live in different climates — excellent topic my friend 👍💙💙.

    1. Yes, I agree with you. The people who lived close to the equator despised summer for so many acceptable reasons. These ideas are mostly applicable in countries where summer comes only for 2 months.

Oh yes, a great reminder that it is also the start of hurricane season. That’s interesting to know that you want to live in Roman times. It would be pretty scary lol.
Thanks my friend for appreciating. Where do you live?

      1. Yes you said it best, these recommendations would definitely be ideal for those who only have a super short period of Sun lol

Oh sorry for not adding more context to that part of my first paragraph. When I said “go even further back in time” I was meaning from a historian perspective 🤣. You’re right living in roman times would have been a huge mess, if there is a time I would love to be alive in, it would have been in the beginning with Adam and Eve, that was a time to be alive hahaha

      2. I am of Caribbean and west Indian decent, if I want to get really specific I can say that I am “African” but that’s a whole other cultural story hahaha

    1. Yes, it is. It’s the hottest month of the year in some parts of the world. Thank you for coming to my blog and sharing your valuable thoughts. 🧡🤩🤩😍
